Shipping
At this time, Very Very Yes only ships to the US, Canada, and Mexico. We ship Priority using the US Postal Service, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Shipments occur Monday through Friday.
Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed placed. We strive to ship as quickly as possible, so modifications to orders or cancellations can not be guaranteed once an order is placed. Please email YesPlease@VeryVeryYes.com with any requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
After your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.
Very Very Yes is not liable for packages lost in transit, or for packages that the customer has given a shipping carrier authority to leave without a signature.
The customer is responsible for all import duties/customs, fees, and taxes.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email at least one picture of the damaged item to YesPlease@VeryVeryYes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist us with processing your claim quickly, please be sure to include your Order Number in the email, as well as a description of the issue. A Return Authorization Number will then be emailed to the customer.
Please do not ship anything back before receiving a Return Authorization Number, or else the return may be refused and bounced back to the customer, or a restocking fee may be charged.
Return Policy
Returned items must be clean, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
If you wish to return an item, please email YesPlease@VeryVeryYes.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us with processing your request quickly, please be sure to include your Order Number in the email, as well as the reason for the return. A Return Authorization Number will then be emailed to the customer. Please do not ship anything back before receiving a Return Authorization Number, or else the return may be refused and bounce back to the customer, or a restocking fee may be charged.
In the case of a return, the customer will not be refunded the cost of the original postage, and the customer covers the cost of return postage.
Very Very Yes will not be liable for the loss of any items being returned. After a returned item is received, its condition will be assessed, and if the item is undamaged, unworn, clean, and with all original tags attached, a refund will be issued to the customer. A restocking fee may apply if returns are received damaged, worn, dirty, or missing original tags.
